Here is the process
- Pace. I’ve noticed that the most I can expect in a training situation is about an hour of concentration before the trainee needs to go and do something else for a bit. That is why I structure the training to start in hour long sessions followed by later half hour sessions for knowledge consolidation and problem solving.
- Applicability. Most people use a very small subset of the available tools in their CAD package. I teach you how to use the tools that you will need.
